Shipping
Every piece is made by hand in Valencia, Spain. We hold minimal stock and most pieces are made to order, so once we receive your order, we get to work.
Please allow 3 to 15 days for your piece to be crafted and dispatched. If you need it sooner, write to us at hola@bocavolcan.com and we’ll do our best.
We ship worldwide. The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout.
Valencia delivery
Same or next day delivery in Valencia, by bike and with zero emissions: €2.99.
Shipping costs
- Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands): €5. Free on orders of €250 or more.
- European Union: €10. Free on orders of €250 or more.
- Rest of the world: €20. Free on orders of €250 or more.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Spain mainland and Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 working days.
- Canary Islands and the European Union: 5 to 10 working days.
- Rest of the world: 3 to 10 working days.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Personalised and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at hola@bocavolcan.com and we’ll guide you through it.
For exchanges, the return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover the shipping of the replacement to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Standard rates apply elsewhere.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll sort it out.
