Shipping

In Bocavolcan Jewels we hold minimal stock and work to order meaning once we receive your order we get to work creating the individual pieces. Please allow up to 15 days preparation time to accommodate this process (which includes the creation time as well as finishing of the pieces through casting and baths).

If you require a shorter lead-time please send a message to hola@bocavolcan.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping costs may vary by country.

Shipping costs and times

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 5€. 2 to 3 working days

Canary Islands and Europe: fee displayed at checkout. 3 to 10 working days.

Rest of the world: fee displayed at checkout. 3 to 10 working days.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order. Items must be returned unused and with the original packaging intact.

Changes

In the event of changes the initial return costs will be assumed by the customer. Bocavolcan Jewels will cover the postage of the replacement product*. Our customer service at hola@bocavolcan.com will guide you through the necessary steps.

*Only applicable to Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Standard shipping costs will apply to Canary Islands, Europe and the rest of the world.

Defective or incorrect item

In the unfortunate event there is a fault with your order, please contact us and a member of our customer service team will be in touch ASAP.

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge.

Other reasons

If returning an order for any reason outside of those highlighted above, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Once the package is received the refund will be processed. Remember to include the original packaging. For any queries please contact customer service for further information.

No returns will be accepted outside of these terms.
