Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. You will need your proof of purchase.

To start a return or an exchange, email us at hola@bocavolcan.com and we will guide you. Returns are sent to: Bocavolcan, C. de Cuba 29, Bajo, 46006 València, Spain. We cannot accept pieces sent back without a return request.

Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to hola@bocavolcan.com) before the period ends. You can use the model form at the end of this page, but it is not required. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the piece or proof that you have sent it. You pay the cost of returning the piece, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pieces that cannot be returned
Personalised or made-to-measure pieces (engraved pieces, custom signet rings, bespoke commissions, The Stone Edit and other special orders) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
For an exchange, you pay the cost of returning the piece. We cover the delivery of the replacement to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, our standard delivery rates apply.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away at hola@bocavolcan.com and we will put it right. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced free of charge.

Legal guarantee
All our pieces are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity under Spanish consumer law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
