Shipping
Every Bocavolcan piece is made by hand in Valencia, Spain. We keep minimal stock and most pieces are made to order, so please allow 3 to 15 days for your piece to be made and dispatched. If you need it sooner, email us at hola@bocavolcan.com and we will do our best. Bespoke commissions take 30 to 45 days.
Delivery costs
- Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands): €5. Free on orders of €250 or more.
- European Union: €10. Free on orders of €250 or more.
- Rest of the world: €20. Free on orders of €250 or more.
The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Spain mainland and Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 working days.
- Canary Islands and the European Union: 5 to 10 working days.
- Rest of the world: 3 to 10 working days.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return a piece. Personalised and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Please read our Refund policy for full details, including how to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us straight away at hola@bocavolcan.com. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced free of charge.
