This website presents and sells handmade jewellery by Bocavolcan. By accessing and using the site, you accept this Legal notice, the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.

Terms of use

You agree to use the website and its content lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with public order. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to harm Bocavolcan or third parties, or in any way that could damage or disrupt its normal operation.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, designs, logos, collection and piece names, code and graphic design) belongs to Bocavolcan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The jewellery designs are original creations by Bocavolcan. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Bocavolcan is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site, for service interruptions beyond its control, or for the content of linked third-party sites. Product photographs are for guidance: every piece is handmade, so small variations may occur.

This Legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of València have jurisdiction over any dispute.
